A shooting schedule allowed me to organise all cast members and get access to all of the equipment needed for the day of filming. This was very beneficial as it allowed me to more efficiently organise my time as everything needed can be prepared in advance. Having set dates allowed me to work towards multiple set deadlines giving me enough time to work on the post production side of the music video.
