I carried out a competitor analysis as part of my market research to find out information about current music videos, I looked at music videos within a similar genre and also one by the same artists, this gave me an enhanced understanding on the types of music videos that are popular within the genre so that I could implement some ideas and themes into my own music video. It also gave me a rough idea of how many views the music video will receive.
